so lately, i've had an idea to make my condo more like home to me... i mean, yeah i live here and yeah all my stuff's here, but it still just doesn't feel like home. so i've been spending money i don't have and know i shouldn't on attempting to make this place home.
looking through all different communities gives me inspiration and thank god daniela is talented in decorating. otherwise, i'd be completely lost. i guess it's my lack of interior-design skills that has made this more difficult to me. to some, it comes natural, but for me not so much.
for instance, when i got home from california, i didn't come back here for the first night. i went to my parent's and travis'. i sleep there everynight but i still don't really call his place home either because all the stuff there is his. i want a place that reflects me and makes me feel comfortable and welcoming to others. i also just want people to come in and think, 'hey, she actually spent time planning out this place' instead, i think people come in and just think typical 21 year old's place who doesn't have money to decorate as much as she could
i want a new bed that fits 2 instead of my twin that i chose to have when i lived in my parent's house...now, it just doesn't accomodate 2 people unless we're sleeping head to toe or sleeping on our sides the whole time. a bed that has a fluffy comfortable and soft sheets...something i look forward to sleeping in everynight...a bed i can just bum around in on lazy days
i realize that i am responsible enough to come up with rent everymonth, but that's basically it. i don't really have any extra cash to spend on things that i would like to have. i mean, i'm not complaining about what i have now, because my parents have helped me out a lot to get me out on my own. and travis does everything to make me happy and comfortable. now, it's time for me to work extra and actually save up for things that i want to make this place look good. not just things that are there, but things that i need and want. more paintings on the walls, more candles, more shelves, an actual coffee table, paint my dining room walls, more 'filler' type of things everywhere to be honest...ugh, now money is the issue:it's either find a second job, or not take summer school to work an extra day. i mean working an extra day is no big deal, because i did it last summer, but i want to get school out of the way so i'll be done by spring. decisions decisions...
and i need a new room mate because henry is moving out this summer. i don't even know where to start. it seems to me everyone is settled. daniela isn't ready to move out so that's out of the question. i hope i dont have to find someone online or something to move in. that all sounds so creepy. i just don't want to give up this place and have to move back home. i want a place to call mine for awhile. it just makes me feel so independent. knowing i have a place to go and just lay on my bed with kiki and blast ridiculous music that i love. watch the shows i want to watch without boring someone else. i don't know why this is such a big deal to me.
taking care of this place has not been so easy. but since henry has announced he's moving out, i have been actually taking initiative into keeping this place looking as nice as possible. seeing as how i might have to pay both parts of rent, i have been noticing things that i would usually overlook. i see this as me growing more responsible because my parents have done everything for me as long as i can remember. it's my turn to take full responsibility of my life and start priding what i have. as long as i have that, i know i can make and finally call this place home.

first off let me say i went to the club with extensions and i woke up this morning without...
also, i had my coachvip wristbands on and now i dont WTF
bruises cover my right arm as usual...my eyelashes are fucked up
but!!!!! i want to thank ryry for being my baby and my danceeeeee partner til death
even when i tried to get up on the stage and they kicked me off :)
god i loved this trip
ok now coachella...
FRIDAY-
we left a little eary to get the frank sinatra house and went to a pre-coach party and there was an open bar ///you know me plus open bar equals disasterrrr
anyway about 8 or 9 cocktails later i was feelin good and ready to party...met the acid girls and partied w/ them while alex floats on hsi dumb raft... ryry passes out in the car and alex and i draw all over him...takes FOREVER to get there but i'm drunk so i dont care. ryry stays behind while alex and i gun it to the dance tent...
DIGITALISM AND FELIX DA HOUSECAT later i'm dancing like a mad man have a fucking blast but then
INTERPOL and i did my usual indian dance and kicked some ass//heard 3 new songs off the new album so stoked
get a call during FAITHLESS that ryry is in the hospital so we bounce...heard all of BJORK'S SET and i'v enever really been a fan but wtvr
4 HOURS LATER WE FIND THE CAR so by then we're just lucky that we have a car but still super worried about ryry//
find out that he's with his brother so we just go eat in-n-out and go to sleepzzz
SATURDAY-
ryry gets to the hotel and he is ok thank god
he decides he's ready to party so we're like WOOHOO my dance partner is backkkk
get there and it's dance dance day
i get there and my chest was all tight//thought i was going to die so i went to the vip and just sat in the shade and drank some cocktails and water
MSTRKRFT came on and fuckin ryry and i went NUTS i've never sweat so much in my entire life...fuck the guy behind us with a white shirt and platty hair he doesn't know how to party like us
so basically ryry and i are owning the dance floor ASUSUAL they play UPDOWN and i go nuts bc we all know that's my favvy song
BUSYP&DJMEHDI next and i'm just thankful i can still breathe and function good but ryry and i decide to walk this one out
THEARCADEFIRE while eating corn on the cob and baked potato
good from 23948 miles away
ready for GIRLTALK so good lights confetti people on stage lights good good we dance a gain but we're like almost donezo
LCDSOUNDSYSTEm put us to sleep aaaaaaaaand last but not least THERAPTURE was a let down :(
we went to food4less or whatver and go back to the hotel drink get beat up by alex and ry and pass out
SUNDAY
we get there and i'm like fuck this my chest is SO TIGHT so i think ii'm going to die again...get some drinks in me and i'm ok and the sun starts to set
SOULWAX and ryry and i are okkk
hear EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY and i call henry because i know he likes them
headed to CSS and i hear one song and supposedly p.hil. was on the stage but we left 2 early
take a drink break and get free american spiritz
PLACEBO was good they didnt play my favvy song though
AIR was good but sooooo short...
RATATAT was aiight much more stoked about the raverz in front of me with their glowstixxx
now i know i've said it before and i'll say it again but man RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE was the highlight of the day I WENT NUTS and like honestly you hear their songs on the radi oall the time but never do you think you're actually going to see them
OFC they played killing in the name of when we're wlaking to the car to avoid 210347 hours in the parking lot...
getr eady to hit up the after coachella partyyy
show up and there's like 30 people there :(
found out justice was there earlier but no one else was so they left
so this party was supposed to be til 4 and definetly ended up closin at 2 :( bummage
had to mandarin cranberries and then headed home
got home and partied w/ my boizzz
MONDAY
left and had traffic...it wasn't as hot because i knew i didnt have to fucking stand in it all day...
ate at cafechinchin or something and it was good
came home took a 29384 hour shower and was STOKED2BALIVE hahahahahh oh god uhmmmmmm
got ready to head to the afte3r coachella party to see JUSTICE dj...
longisland iced teas and goldschlagger and i'm gone
had a fuckign amazing time with ryry and i met his brother FINALLY love him...
get kicked off stage
leave clubbbb GET CALLED SLAYER ONE MORE TIME and i'm from the front seat to the backseat in 2 sec flat

TUESDAY
woke up have no extensios//wristbands are gone
no recollection of how i got upstairs/how my shoes got off
know i have to be at the airport in like 3 hours and i dont know if i have a rideee shittt
oh well i had an amazing trip and i'm totaly making this a reggy thing bc i had SO MUCHF UN WITH MY BABIES alex and ryry

so lately i've been attempting to watch movies to broaden my movie horizons haaha
so far i've watched how high, white chicks, freaky friday, bits of rush hour 2, and snow day.
all in all i'm pretty excited about this.
of course they're all movies on tv so i can't complain about how bad they might be.
i think white chicks is the best out of all.
but we'll see what other movies i end up watching and i'll make sure and document it.
in other news all i do is party. sounds about right.

okay soooooooooooooo christmas, my birthday, new years, and adam and i's one year are all coming up woooooo :D
